You want a California King, you got it. Morning sun, afternoon shade? Consider it done. A southeast orientation toward Kaibab Plateau? Naturally. And privacy? The Powell is our most secluded tent but still only 100 yards from washrooms.
Charge phones, laptops, cameras and keep lights on with an independent solar array. Keep warm in the shoulder seasons with hot water bottles, propane heaters, and electric mattress pads. And by all means, park right next to your tent.
